Ingredients

Oreo crust
  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 6 tbsp butter melted
Cream cheese layer
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping folded in
Chocolate pudding layer
  • 7.8 oz instant chocolate pudding mix 2 boxes (3.9 oz each)
  • 3 cup whole milk cold
Topping
  • 2 cup whipped topping
  • 1 crushed Oreos for garnish

Equipment

  • 1 sheet pan

Method

Make the Oreo crust
  1. Mix the finely crushed Oreo cookies with the melted butter until the crumbs look evenly coated, then press firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 dish to form a tight layer. Refrigerate for 15 minutes so the crust firms up.
Add the cream cheese layer
  1. Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in 1 cup of whipped topping until combined. Spread the mixture over the chilled Oreo crust in an even layer.
Add the chocolate pudding layer
  1. Whisk the instant chocolate pudding mix with the cold whole milk for 2 minutes until thickened and glossy. Spread the pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer to the edges.
Top and chill
  1. Spread the remaining 2 cups of whipped topping over the pudding layer, covering the surface completely. Sprinkle crushed Oreos generously over the top for a crisp, crunchy finish.
Set and serve
  1. Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set. Cut into squares and serve once the layers hold their shape.

Notes

For the cleanest slices, chill overnight so the pudding and whipped layers fully firm. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for 3-4 days (freezing is not recommended because the whipped topping texture can change). Dietary swap: use sugar-free instant pudding mix and sugar-free whipped topping to reduce added sugar while keeping the same no-bake method.
